Job Summary
Nucliotalent is seeking a highly skilled Tax and Accounting Manager to oversee all tax and accounting related decisions and activities in the organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's tax compliance and staying up-to-date on new tax laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth tax research to identify opportunities for tax savings and minimize the effective tax rate
- Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Oversee non-income tax compliance, including VAT and other indirect taxes
- Prepare for and lead tax audits, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tax implications are considered in business decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or Law
- 5+ years of professional tax experience, with expertise in tax on societies and accounting
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax laws and regulations
- Experience working with tax software and systems, including tax preparation and audit tools
