E-Commerce Coordinator Production Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient E-Commerce Coordinator Production to join our team at G-STAR RAW. As a key member of our E-commerce Trade & Content teams, you will play a crucial role in optimizing sales performance and consumer experience for our website and app.
Key Responsibilities- Execute trade and content campaigns, ensuring our website and app showcase the right and relevant products and content.
- Update homepage banners, category pages assets, and navigation changes in line with brief.
- Creation of promotion and markdown codes/mechanics in line with brief.
- Conduct daily on-site checks to ensure functionality is as expected.
- Content scheduling, including communications such as push notifications.
- Execute product go-live, including Complete the Look, new categories, product attributes & values in line with brief.
- Day-to-day workflow management to support smooth running of Trade and Content teams.
- 1-2 years of relevant e-commerce production experience.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Eye for detail, works to a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to problem solve independently, as well as collaborate with team members.
- Experience with e-commerce content management, Hybris, and/or Amplience is a plus.
- Experience with e-commerce merchandising tools such as Algolia is a plus.
