Job Description

E-Commerce Coordinator Production

We're seeking an organized and efficient E-Commerce Coordinator Production to support our website traders and content managers in delivering a best-in-class experience for our users. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting live new campaigns, promo & trade activity, and product in our CMS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trade & Content Campaign Execution: Ensure our website and app are showing the right and relevant products and content, update homepage banners, category pages assets, navigation changes in line with brief, creation of promotion and markdown codes/mechanics in line with brief.
  • Conduct daily on-site checks to ensure functionality is as expected, content scheduling including communications such as push notifications.
  • Product Go Live: Execution of Complete the Look, creation of new categories, product attributes & values in line with brief, day-to-day workflow management to support smooth running of Trade and Content teams.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
