About this role

We are looking for an iOS Engineer to develop new features for the Wikiloc app. With a focus on delivering outdoor experiences, you will work with a team to improve the app and meet the needs of millions of users.

Key responsibilities

  1. Develop iOS apps using Swift and a mix of OOP and functional reactive programming.
  2. Contribute to the app's persistence layer using RealmSwift.
  3. Design and implement UI components using UIKit and the Coordinator pattern.
  4. Collaborate with the Android and backend teams to ensure seamless integration.

We are a dedicated team of developers working on the Wikiloc app. With a focus on innovation and user experience, we strive to deliver high-quality features that meet the needs of our users.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  1. Experience developing iOS apps with a focus on Swift and functional reactive programming.
  2. Strong programming skills and a sharp analytical mind.
  3. Familiarity with technologies such as RealmSwift and UIKit.

What you'll do

As an iOS Engineer at Wikiloc, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including:
