Compiti e Responsabilità
  • Utilizzare le tue capacità nel campo del conoscimento dei prodotti e del servizio al cliente per offrire esperienze di marca premium ai nostri clienti.
  • Aiutare il nostro team di leaders e coaches a formare nuovo personale.
  • Supportare vari dipartimenti del negozio (ad esempio, lavorare alla cassa, gestire beni in arrivo o in partenza, rifornire prodotti in sala vendita o progettare espositori) e raccomandare prodotti adatti per raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita.
  • Utilizzare la tua conoscenza di dispositivi digitali per connettere le vendite online e offline o i servizi in negozio.
  • Informare i clienti e i nuovi lavoratori sui prodotti e servizi Nike.
  • Migliorare le tue conoscenze con i nostri strumenti e corsi di formazione per rimanere aggiornato e scoprire ulteriori informazioni su tendenze di vendita, prodotti Nike, servizi e cultura aziendale.
