Nike Retail Lead Job Description

Become a part of the Nike team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences in our retail stores. As a Lead Retail Stores Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales, improving store operations, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize exceptional customer service skills to deliver premium brand experiences to customers.
  • Coordinate, advise, and motivate employees to ensure an excellent work environment.
  • Support daily work management to achieve sales objectives.
  • Identify and resolve issues in collaboration with the store leader.
  • Represent the brand in Nike initiatives.
  • Ensure the store meets all Nike standards and guidelines.
Commercial Function:

As a Lead Retail Stores Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting a team that efficiently receives products, conducts accurate inventories, and meets presentation standards.
  • Ensuring all inventory processes run smoothly.
  • Working with department coaches to oversee individual components.
  • Preparing monthly launch initiatives on time and providing periodic feedback.
  • Demonstrating how to conduct accurate inventories to fulfill digital orders.
Customer Experience Function:

You will:

  • Demonstrate how to provide exceptional service on the sales floor and enhance customer experience.
  • Provide resources for the team to have brand knowledge on all aspects of customer service.
