Job Title: Senior Geophysical Surveyor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Geophysical Surveyor to join our Marine Survey department at TRADEBE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geophysical survey operations, including offshore geophysical survey planning, coordination, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate offshore geophysical survey operations, including route planning, equipment selection, and personnel allocation.
• Lead and supervise survey crews during offshore operations, ensuring that all activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices for health, safety, and environmental protection.
• Oversee the deployment and operation of geophysical survey equipment (MBES, SSS, SBP, magnetometers, etc.).
• Provide regular updates on survey progress, results, and any potential issues or challenges.
• Prepare comprehensive survey reports, maps, and charts summarizing survey findings and interpretations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Science, Geology, Topography, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Marine Geophysics or a closely related discipline.
• Additional Certifications: STCW95, BOSIET, HSE.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on involvement in Marine Survey operations across diverse sectors.
• Proficiency in UXO surveys and vessel mobilization procedures.
• Extensive experience in acquiring and processing hydrographic and geophysical data.
