We are looking for a dedicated Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert technical support.

Job Description:
  • Main Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries, document call details, stay informed about our services and products, evaluate potential service issues, maintain adherence to project processes, provide coverage for other agents, manage administrative responsibilities, participate in team meetings.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Dutch language proficiency: C2 fluency (verbal and written), minimum B2 level English.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in customer service, preferably in technical support.
  • IT knowledge: Advanced understanding of signal path connectivity, wireless networking, and audiovisual products.
  • Customer service skills: Excellent communication and listening skills.
