Program Manager for Delivery Service Partners Experience

We are searching for a Program Manager to oversee the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Experience across the European Union. This role will initially join as an individual contributor, but with the potential for growth as our organization continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and consolidate information from primary points of contact with Amazon's last-mile logistics partners in all EU countries.
- Lead the development and implementation of a program strategy tailored to the unique needs and challenges of DSPs in each EU country.
- Collect feedback, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies at a granular, country-specific level from primary DSP contacts.
- Oversee the consolidation of programmatic updates, initiatives, and project execution details from these contacts, ensuring effective management of resources, timelines, and budgets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in program management leading large projects with multiple stakeholders
- MBA or Master's degree
- Program Management expertise including ability to organize tasks, prioritize competing demands, find solutions, and follow through to successful implementation
- Change Management experience is a big plus
- Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent)
- Comfort with ambiguity and an ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy
