Wir suchen eine erfahrene HR-Verantwortliche, die sich auf die Verwaltung von Personalangelegenheiten spezialisiert hat. Die Person sollte über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine hohe Aufmerksamkeit für Details verfügen.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  1. Als Allgemeine Anlaufstelle für Bewerber und Kunden ist die Person für die Kommunikation und die Bearbeitung von Anfragen zuständig.
  2. Die Person ist für die Erstellung, Ausstellung und Bearbeitung von Verträgen verantwortlich.
  3. Die Verwaltung von Rechnungen und Gehaltsabrechnungen ist ebenfalls eine wichtige Aufgabe.
  4. Die Person sollte in der Lage sein, mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammenzuarbeiten, um finanzielle und rechtliche Fragen zu klären.
  5. Die Kommunikation mit Kunden in Bezug auf Verträge, Einarbeitung oder andere allgemeine Fragen ist ebenfalls ein wichtiger Aspekt.
  6. Die Person sollte die Kandidaten bei allen Fragen unterstützen.

Anforderungen

  1. Die Person sollte Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sprechen und die englische Sprache vollständig beherrschen.
  2. Die Person sollte aktuell in Barcelona ansässig sein (NIE + SSN).
  3. Die Person sollte einschlägige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Verwaltung und Personalwesen haben.
  4. Die Person sollte gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten haben.
  5. Die Person sollte ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine Liebe zum Detail haben.
  6. Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss ist gut zu haben.
