Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administration Support Specialist to join our team in the Iberia region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing and developing existing clients, managing accounts on an operational level, and implementing new strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for a specific number of Spanish-based clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to manage client requirements, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Develop trusted advisory relationships with accounts, customer stakeholders, and internal partners, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, both internally and externally, to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Provide regular, transparent updates on ongoing projects to internal management and customer stakeholders, ensuring alignment and progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Fleet & Mobility Management, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
