Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Manage Compensation and Benefits Programs: Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Administer Employee Benefits: Manage the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits programs.
- Conduct Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to maintain competitive compensation packages and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Generate HR Reports: Prepare and analyze HR-related reports to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
- Support Event Planning and Logistics: Assist with event planning and logistics, including conferences, training sessions, and other HR-related events.
- Procurement and Other HR Duties: Perform procurement tasks and other HR-related duties as needed to support the organization's goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Related Field: A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in Compensation and Benefits Administration: At least 1 year of proven experience in compensation and benefits administration is required.
- Knowledge of Workers' Compensation Board Regulations: Knowledge of Workers' Compensation Board regulations, procedures, and best practices is essential.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact professionally with employees, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives.
- Ability to Maintain Confidentiality: The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion is essential.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are required.
