Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Manage Compensation and Benefits Programs: Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Administer Employee Benefits: Manage the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits programs.
  • Conduct Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to maintain competitive compensation packages and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Generate HR Reports: Prepare and analyze HR-related reports to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Support Event Planning and Logistics: Assist with event planning and logistics, including conferences, training sessions, and other HR-related events.
  • Procurement and Other HR Duties: Perform procurement tasks and other HR-related duties as needed to support the organization's goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Related Field: A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in Compensation and Benefits Administration: At least 1 year of proven experience in compensation and benefits administration is required.
  • Knowledge of Workers' Compensation Board Regulations: Knowledge of Workers' Compensation Board regulations, procedures, and best practices is essential.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact professionally with employees, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives.
  • Ability to Maintain Confidentiality: The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion is essential.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are required.
