We are Revealbot, a pioneering company in the marketing automation and creative solutions space. As we embark on a transformative journey to rebrand as Birch, we're seeking a skilled Content Strategist to help us shape our content and reflect our values and new positioning.
Who We Are
We're a remote-first team of friends spread across the globe, with our headquarters in Barcelona. We've successfully developed one product, Revealbot, and are now expanding our vision to encompass a broader scope. We're a diverse mix of cultures and backgrounds, and we're passionate about meeting like-minded individuals.
Job Requirements
- You have a passion for storytelling and excel at transforming complex narratives into engaging content.
- You possess advanced writing skills and a deep love for the craft, with the ability to humanize technical text and align it with people's values.
- You have experience building a content strategy from scratch, creating or adapting tone of voice, and defining ideas, goals, channels, and messages for the content.
- You've worked in small teams that produced all content in-house, without agencies or outsourcing.
- You understand how to collaborate with other authors, finalize someone else's work, and provide constructive feedback that motivates people to move in the right direction.
- You have a high level of English proficiency and are comfortable writing in it.
- You take having fun seriously and are interested in working with various content formats, such as blogs, social media, videos, and others.
Job Responsibilities
- Conceptualize content formats and bring them to life while coordinating with all necessary contractors and stakeholders.
- Propose and develop new content directions for Revealbot/Birch, monitoring hot content and determining what aligns with our brand and zeitgeist.
- Participate in content planning with the Content team, helping to identify new topics for our content, review scripts, suggest ideas, and discuss current news and industry trends.
- Assist in developing our communication style by translating feelings and expectations into communicative language.
