Mhymatch, the world's first AI full stack recruiter, is seeking a skilled Freelance Recruiter to connect top talent with exceptional opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and hiring top candidates for our clients.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and fast-paced remote work environment that requires a proactive and results-oriented mindset. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide suitable candidates. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize Placement Revenue: Achieve high placement rates to ensure maximum commission revenue for Mhymatch.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage recruitment budgets and ensure cost-effective hiring solutions.
  • Client Satisfaction: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver candidates that meet their requirements.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process to maintain a strong employer brand.
  • Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent using various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals).
  • Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Training & Development: Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance recruitment skills.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share insights and knowledge with the recruitment team to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.

  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to flexible working hours, the opportunity to work remotely, and a supportive and collaborative team culture.
