We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Italian Speaking Freelance Recruiter to join our dynamic team and work remotely. About the Role:

In this role, you will play a crucial part in effectively matching candidates with positions that suit their qualifications and aspirations. You will utilize your expertise in recruitment and proficiency in Italian to source and attract top talent from diverse backgrounds. Your strong communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates will be essential in delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screening resumes and conducting interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and create tailored solutions.
  • Providing candidates with detailed information about job opportunities and helping them prepare for interviews.
  • Guiding candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience from application to placement.
  • Tracking and managing candidate progress using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to management.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients alike.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for helping people succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
