Marketing and Communications Manager

Konecranes is a global leader in material handling solutions, serving a broad range of customers across multiple industries. We consistently set the industry benchmark, from everyday improvements to breakthroughs at moments that matter most.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement BA ISE EMEA/Sub-region South MarCom strategies, annual plans, and budgets in line with Group and Business Area strategies and plans.
  • Develop and implement marketing activities within the region.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing like marketing automation, social media, websites, and other digital platforms and channels.
  • Develop and implement internal and external communication activities.
  • Support Sub-region South team and other related functions in their various marcom needs.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and interact with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
Requirements:
  • Suitable B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree, preferably in marketing and communications.
  • Earlier work experience, minimum 3 years, in managerial positions in marketing and/or communications preferably within companies in the industry sector.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in other languages like Italian and French is an advantage.
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing and communication practices and techniques.
  • Proactive and focused on details.
  • Good leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Passion for learning: willingness to take on new challenges and share knowledge.
