About the role

Danone is a leading food and beverage company that believes in creating a better world through its brands. As a Product Owner in our Commercial Tech team, you will play a key role in driving consumer engagement and health care professional interactions through our marketing automation products.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee our suite of marketing automation products, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Personalization Studio. You will act as a bridge between internal stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective collaboration and delivering significant business value.

Key accountabilities and deliverables include:

  • Product expertise: Take ownership of our consumer/HCP engagement products and use a product management approach to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with internal business customers, including global marketing automation business product owners, local marketing teams, data compliance officers, and IT peers globally/locally.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate with other product owners and assist senior product managers in executing product strategies.
  • Product metrics and documentation: Organize and track product metrics, maintain detailed documentation, and create roadmaps and communication plans.
  • Industry insights: Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, contributing fresh ideas to the team.
  • Launch support: Coordinate marketing activities, prepare product documentation, and conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders.

About you

We're looking for a self-motivated and proactive individual with 5-8 years of product management experience in an international work setting. You should have strong organizational skills, including excellent planning and budget management abilities. Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and setting up integration with other systems is a must.
