Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Developer to play a key role in the configuration and design of CRMA solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements and processes, and translating these into innovative reporting solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable.

The CRMA Developer will work closely with stakeholders to build well-architected Salesforce CRMA dashboards and reports. They will develop data flows, recipes, and complex dashboards using complex SAQL queries in TCRM. Additionally, they will implement and maintain security measures, including row-level and object-level security within Salesforce and CRM Analytics environments.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of CRMA and Salesforce Objects, as well as experience with Visualforce, APEX, and SOQL/SOSL/SAQL. CRMA certifications are highly preferred, and Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform Builder, Einstein, and Sales Cloud are nice to have.
