About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Advisor to join our team at Bluetree Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to our clients in the solar PV industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage challenging advisory projects in solar PV, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality results.
  • Lead the development, design, construction, and operation of PV plants, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with asset owners to enhance existing facilities, including repowering, major repairs, performance optimization, root-cause analysis, claims support, and strategic design.
  • Review project designs, scrutinize contractual agreements, and decipher planning permissions, grid offers, and grid connection agreements for PV projects in Spain.
  • Coordinate, manage, and evaluate EPC tenders with precision, ensuring project success.
  • Provide technical support to clients, guiding them through every project phase and unveiling potential issues and risks.
  • Negotiate contracts on behalf of our clients, ensuring they emerge victorious in every deal.
  • Forge powerful connections with clients and stakeholders, building bridges that lead to extraordinary project outcomes.
  • Lead and inspire your team with effective communication, ensuring a harmonious flow of energy within the project.
  • Champion the cause of safety, ensuring that all projects adhere to the highest health and safety standards.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in PV solar plant Technical Advisory, including development, design, construction, and operation.
  • MSc in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Team player with leadership capabilities.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of other European languages is a strong plus.
