About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Stock Management Manager to join our team at All We Wear Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the overall stock control, including the development, performance, and maintenance of stock control systems to produce efficient systems and delivery solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement stock replenishment strategies to ensure timely and efficient stock receipt and processing.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to plan and organize stock movements, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing delays.
  • Monitor and analyze stock levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to meet sales targets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including catalogue, shooting, and trading teams, to ensure stock alignment and timely receipt.
  • Provide regular stock updates to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in stock management efficiency projects with the Zalando-ZEOS team to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar stock management role.
  • English language proficiency (C1 level).
  • Technical skills: MS Excel (proficiency level), SAP.
  • Precise and detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Affinity with numbers and mathematical concepts.
