Cloud Cybersecurity Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our Cloud Protection Cybersecurity team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-level technical support for one of our cloud protection cybersecurity global services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective solutions to meet customer needs
  • Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues in the service
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, such as user guides and knowledge base articles
  • Provide product feedback and suggestions for improvements to the service manager
  • Participate in customer meetings and conference calls to provide technical expertise and support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or related field
  • Strong technical background in cloud cybersecurity
  • Experience with cloud computing technologies such as AWS or Azure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with ticketing systems, such as Jira or ServiceNow

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of network protocols and packet analysis
  • Experience with cloud security solutions, such as CASB, cloud security posture management, and cloud workload protection platforms
  • Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001
  • Relevant technical certifications, such as CCNA, CompTIA Security+, Azure or AWS Certified
