About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our Cloud Protection Cybersecurity team at Siemens S.A.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support for our cloud protection cybersecurity service, including troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to the service.
  • Offer timely and effective solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues in the service.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, such as user guides and knowledge base articles.
  • Provide product feedback and suggestions for improvements to the service manager.
  • Participate in customer meetings and conference calls to provide technical expertise and support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or related field.
  • Strong technical background in cloud cybersecurity.
  • Experience with cloud computing technologies such as AWS or Azure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with ticketing systems, such as Jira or ServiceNow.
Desirable Skills
  • Understanding of network protocols and packet analysis.
  • Experience with cloud security solutions, such as CASB, cloud security posture management, and cloud workload protection platforms.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001.
  • Relevant technical certifications, such as CCNA, CompTIA Security+, Azure or AWS Certified.
