About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity Engineer Senior to lead the implementation and supervision of the cybersecurity lifecycle in key projects at GMV. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integral protection of our digital assets.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Maintain Security Policies: Create and update security policies, standards, and procedures for our Information Security Management System (ISMS).
  2. Oversee Cybersecurity Lifecycle: Supervise the implementation of the cybersecurity lifecycle within projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Manage Client Requirements: Collaborate with clients to define cybersecurity objectives, manage requirements, and conduct testing.
  4. Threat Analysis and Risk Management: Identify, assess, and prioritize threats and risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  5. Vulnerability Management: Detect, analyze, and manage vulnerabilities, ensuring the security of our digital assets.
  6. Reporting and Presentations: Prepare reports and presentations on security issues and solutions, providing strategic advice to stakeholders.
  7. Cybersecurity Awareness and Training: Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness and training programs for staff, promoting a culture of security within the organization.
Requirements
  1. Experience with Industry Standards: Proven experience working with industry standards and regulations, including ISO 27001, ENS, NIST, GDPR, and others.
  2. Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience managing cybersecurity projects from initiation to delivery.
  3. Vulnerability Analysis: Expertise in analyzing and managing vulnerabilities, with experience in OSSTMM and OWASP methodologies.
  4. Risk Management: Proven ability to identify, assess, and prioritize risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  5. Leadership and Teamwork: Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with experience in managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Desirable Qualifications
  1. Specialized Master's Degree: A specialized master's degree in cybersecurity or a related field.
  2. CISM/CISA/CISSP Certifications: Holders of CISM, CISA, or CISSP certifications.
  3. Industry Experience: Experience working in the transport or industrial sector.
  4. Security Audits: Experience conducting security audits on embedded equipment.
