Senior Program Manager, EMEA S&LP ReLo Solutions Lead

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Reverse Logistics Solutions Team (ReLo ST) in EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective provision of security services and asset protection across the EMEA Reverse Logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities- Drive operational and tactical risk-based security programs and projects specific to Reverse Logistics within EMEA to prevent theft and losses.
- Develop risk-based as well as cost-effective security solutions and engage internal and external stakeholders to implement the security solutions.
- Create security standards, programs, assessments, and procedures and collaborate with key regional stakeholders for their consistent implementation.
- Ensure compliance to security standards and requirements, partner with stakeholders to implement effective audit programs to detect, prevent, and mitigate Reverse Logistics losses, and follow up on definition and implementation of corrective action plans.
- Contribute to reducing business losses from security incidents by identifying and understanding vulnerabilities, MOs, and implementing appropriate protection measures.
As a Program Manager on the ReLo Solutions Team, you will support the Security and Loss Prevention team with driving operational and tactical risk-based security projects and programs specific to Reverse Logistics within EMEA. You will develop and implement comprehensive security projects and programs aligned with organizational goals, identify, assess, and prioritize risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
About the TeamWorking in partnership with our stakeholders, Security and Loss Prevention secures the Amazon supply chain end-to-end and promotes security during business conversations. The ReLo Solutions team develops and implements risk mitigation programs to prevent Security and Loss Prevention-related risks and vulnerabilities across the Reverse Logistics environment. We continually assess our programs and adjust to support the ever-changing operational requirements, deep dive root causes, and embed standards and processes to improve productivity and prevent re-occurrence of incidents.
Requirements- A degree or degree equivalent (e.g., business, project management, criminal justice).
- Relevant experience within retail, supply chain, compliance, or operations.
- Relevant experience delivering projects or programs at national or international scale.
- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
- Upper intermediate proficiency in written and verbal English.
