Senior Program Manager, EMEA S&LP ReLo Solutions Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our EMEA Reverse Logistics Security team. As a key member of our Security and Loss Prevention team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing risk-based security solutions to prevent theft and losses in our EMEA Reverse Logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive security programs and projects to prevent security incidents and losses in our EMEA Reverse Logistics environment.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement security solutions that meet our organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities in our EMEA Reverse Logistics environment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and local standards, and provide ongoing training on security best practices for our personnel.
- Contribute to reducing business losses from security incidents by identifying and understanding vulnerabilities and implementing appropriate protection measures.
This is a key role within our Security and Loss Prevention team, and you will have the opportunity to work closely with our EMEA business leaders, support functions, and other security functions in a global framework. You will be responsible for developing and implementing risk-based security solutions to prevent security incidents and losses in our EMEA Reverse Logistics environment.
Requirements- A degree or degree equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., business, project management, criminal justice).
- Relevant experience within retail, supply chain, compliance, or operations.
- Relevant experience delivering projects or programs at national or international scale.
- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
- Upper intermediate proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Relevant industry certification (e.g., CPP, TAPA, ISO, AEO, C-TPAT).
- Relevant experience in multi-site/country environment managing security and loss prevention in logistics or transportation.
- Relevant experience with conducting physical security risk assessments.
- Relevant experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
- Ability to interact with all levels of leadership within the organization to drive consensus regarding new solutions, policies, and procedures.
