We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst or Data-Driven Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in EMEA Telesales. This key role will focus on driving sales analytics and insights, collaborating with stakeholders, managing projects, and presenting data-driven recommendations to support our objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze Key Sales Metrics: Utilize data analytics tools to provide actionable insights on conversion rates, pipeline generation, and other essential metrics to support EMEA Telesales objectives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for EMEA Telesales on projects, ensuring seamless collaboration with various stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Project Management: Lead and manage new projects from inception through implementation, including new payment methods and changes in the sales process.
• Data Presentation: Effectively present data insights to diverse stakeholders, representing the Telesales team in cross-functional projects.
• Sales Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and assist in implementing enhancements to increase efficiency.
• Performance Tracking: Collaborate with the Data Analyst to track sales rep performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Customer Portfolio Management: Define ideal customer portfolios per sales rep and establish targets to drive revenue growth.
• Operational Support: Provide day-to-day support to EMEA Telesales leadership, ensuring smooth operations and efficient team processes.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in data agencies, technology suppliers, or call centers, with a strong background in multi-market environments.
• In-depth understanding of analytics tools and principles, with experience in creating dashboards and reports.
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly and effectively to stakeholders at various levels.
• Proven project management skills, with experience in driving projects from concept through to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Strong organizational skills, with a customer-centric mindset and an 'analytics-first' approach.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 annually, based on location and experience. Lenovo is committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and opportunities for career growth and development.
