About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Counsel to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide expert legal advice and support to our regional operations throughout EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary legal support for assigned business units and subsidiaries in EMEA.
- Research, anticipate, and proactively advise clients on legal matters.
- Work with external counsel to advise clients on legal issues and support litigation.
- Draft and review business agreements, company policies, and other documents.
Requirements:
- Law degree from an accredited university.
- Member in good standing with applicable legal jurisdiction (if applicable).
- 3+ years' experience practicing law.
- Business and legal fluency in English.
- Demonstrated expertise in required areas of labor, contracts, and corporate law.
- Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
