Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Kaino Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients, building connections, and driving business growth.
Your Role
As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building Connections: Engage with potential clients through market mapping, cold calling, on-site meetings, and participating in industry events.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate agreements and foster long-term partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Driving Success: Take ownership of your assigned market sector and contribute to its dynamic growth.
- Hitting Targets: Set ambitious goals and achieve them with the support and resources provided.
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment, IT Sales, or Business Development (ideally SaaS or similar industry).
- Native Spanish speaker with fluent English (Catalan is a plus).
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving goals.
- Enthusiasm, ambition, and a strong motivation to grow and succeed.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
