Marketing Director

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of a forward-thinking organization.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, covering digital marketing, media buying, community-led growth, and content-driven acquisition. Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and executing a full-funnel marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Developing and scaling digital and media strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Leading data-driven decision-making to optimize marketing performance and maximize ROI.
  • Building and scaling content-driven marketing strategies that foster strong communities around our brand.
  • Oversight of all digital marketing initiatives, including paid and organic acquisition, SEO, CRM, and social media.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully scaling a high-growth company.
  • Strong experience in team leadership and building marketing functions from scratch.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, growth strategies, and media buying.
  • Deep understanding of community-led growth and content-driven marketing.
  • Experience with Product Marketing and digital ecosystems (App, WebApp).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to drive data-informed marketing decisions.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce and the sports industry is a plus.
