Job Summary

The Global Retail Excellence Manager plays a critical role in driving growth and ensuring flawless in-store execution across all retail channels. This involves leveraging high levels of analytics-driven thinking and retail dynamics understanding to identify growth opportunities and recommend initiatives to enhance sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement in-store execution plans to drive sales growth and improve market share
  • Collaborate with the Global Category Director to ensure alignment with category vision and growth strategy
  • Work with the capability team to equip the sales force with necessary tools and skills to track and monitor sales fundamentals
  • Identify and bridge execution gaps in terms of distribution, visibility, assortment, and POS execution
  • Lead the development of POS catalogues and coordinate with the Category Team and brand team to ensure alignment with category and brand strategy

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of retail dynamics and analytics-driven thinking, with the ability to drive growth and improve sales performance. They will also have excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
