Job Title: Material Planning Specialist

Grifols is a global healthcare company that has been improving the health and well-being of people worldwide since 1909. We are seeking a highly skilled Material Planning Specialist to join our team in Spain.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented individual to secure the supply of raw materials and packaging to meet production requirements. The successful candidate will identify the materials required to ensure scheduled production, execute and follow up order requisitions for required materials, and review stocks and consumptions to achieve the optimal level of raw material inventory.

Responsibilities:
  • Secure the supply of raw materials and packaging to meet production requirements
  • Identify the materials required to ensure scheduled production
  • Execute and follow up order requisitions for required materials
  • Follow up on incoming orders and claim orders in delay
  • Review stocks and consumptions to achieve the optimal level of raw material inventory
  • Create SAP codes for new materials involved in the production process
  • Monitor and claim the data necessary for the activation of the material
  • Coordinate the related tasks with the departments involved
  • Identify needs for the production process together with the users to guarantee the necessary inventory
  • Coordinate with other departments the production objectives, minimizing costs and managing incidences
Requirements:
  • CFGs or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business or similar
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (B2.2)
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel
  • Experience with SAP is a plus
  • Proactive, responsible, and capable of working under pressure
