Material Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Planning Manager to join our Planning community in the Perfumery division. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the right Planning processes are in place, building strong partnerships with key stakeholders, and helping your team to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and control the Material Planning operation for one site, supporting planners on escalations and crisis management.
- Ensure correct parametrization of materials in the system to enable effective planning routines.
- Develop strong partnerships with teams on-site and with the Sourcing team, to enable fast troubleshooting, agile changes to our production plans, and superior service level for our customers.
- Engage key internal and external stakeholders in regular and efficient communication to mitigate Raw Material availability risks.
- Lead improvement initiatives for internal processes within the Planning organization and involving other internal departments.
- Train newcomers and support them during the onboarding process.
- Develop the team's competencies to better support the business.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or similar discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in Material Planning, Production Planning, or similar roles.
- Preferably 2+ years of experience leading Planning teams.
- Fluent in English; any other language (French) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP (R3/APO); Kinaxis Rapid Response is a plus.
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certified is a plus.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
