Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our efforts in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales and new business development within the pharma, healthtech, edtech, and life science sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed annual and quarterly new business sales targets
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities
  • Develop and deliver new business strategies to drive growth
  • Lead initiatives to engage with leads in the B2B market (pharmaceutical industry and Medical Devices / Biotech)
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales and new business development
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A consultative selling approach
  • Organizational, planning, and sales preparation skills
  • Working knowledge of tech sales tools
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
