Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Conceptualize and run marketing campaigns within established KPIs.
- Ensure campaigns are adapted to all digital platforms.
- Create well-written, error-free copy.
- Develop and manage digital competitions.
- Develop and manage digital activities within the company's digital platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to improve the appearance layout of outputs.
- Maintain a database of customers who have opted to receive our correspondence.
- Distribute emails through the use of automation software.
- Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
- Provide regular monitoring and reporting of the campaign and database performance that includes opens, clicks, conversions, unsubscribes, etc.
- Devise and execute A-B tests, manage testing calendar, record results, and advise on improvements.
- Ensure alignment with business priorities and internal stakeholders.
- Manage Online Game and Metaverse
- Work closely with our Game developer to manage the success of our Online Game.
- Manage the marketing campaigns and user interaction alongside Virtual Regatta for The Ocean Race Offshore-Game.
- Develop marketing campaigns and manage the results of the Stopover E-Cups.
- Manage the E-Sport competition of Teams.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the Metaverse.
- Develop and run special events inside the Metaverse.
- Work closely with the Sustainability Team to integrate, promote, and run sustainability activities inside the Metaverse.
- Language
- English: C1
- Education
- Degree in marketing management, advertising, communications, or similar.
- Experience
- Prior database management experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Familiarity with pertinent automation and performance evaluation software.
- Skills
- Excellent project management skills specific to marketing.
- Outstanding copywriting and copyediting abilities.
- Ability to harness collaboration to produce well-crafted content.
- Willingness to work extended hours to ensure that projects are completed, as needed.
- Forward-thinking, dynamic attitude.
