The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance or business management, with 3+ years of relevant experience gained within an international B2B environment. They will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing an engagement model for key users and identifying areas of improvement
- Implementing a framework for proper documentation management, onboarding, offboarding, and training of key users
- Working closely with IT to onboard new technologies in the current interaction model of end users and key users
- Identifying training and development needs for Key User Community in areas of SAP and assisting in the implementation of such trainings
- Maintaining communication channels for KUC news and ensuring the maintenance of correct information on relevant intranet sites
The successful candidate will be a proactive, result-oriented individual with strong networking and communications skills, able to work independently and collaborate with a remote global team. They will possess a strong understanding of business knowledge in power/industrial technology and hands-on creative skills for developing assets.
