Job DescriptionAs a Client Growth Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a portfolio of clients across Europe, focusing on growing partnerships through daily collaboration. Your key tasks include monitoring user acquisition campaigns, optimizing towards client KPIs, and identifying growth opportunities to achieve goals.
Main Responsibilities- Build and manage strategic partnerships within your portfolio.
- Identify and execute growth opportunities to meet targets.
- Develop data-driven strategies and insights to inform decision-making.
- Communicate complex data analysis effectively to stakeholders.
- At least 1 year of experience in managing mobile performance-based user acquisition campaigns on programmatic platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to develop strong relationships with clients.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in cohort analysis, customer acquisition metrics (ROAS, CPM, IPM, CPI, CPA), and the mobile app industry.
- Proactive, disciplined, and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
This position is ideally based in Barcelona, although candidates based in London will also be considered.
SalaryWe offer an estimated salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
