Your Role
As a Product Owner Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a product roadmap that aligns with our business goals. This includes:
Product Roadmap:
Ideating, developing, and maintaining a product roadmap that aligns with our business objectives
Compliance and Security:
Ensuring our products comply with relevant regulations and standards, such as eIDAS, GDPR, and PKI, and implementing robust security measures to protect users' digital identities and sensitive information
Product Management:
Leading the development and enhancement of our electronic signature and digital certificate products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing
Market Research:
Conducting market analysis and staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes related to electronic signatures and digital certificates
Customer Centricity:
Engaging with end-users, customer success, support, and sales to gather feedback, understand customer needs, and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
Define clear product requirements:
Defining product requirements, creating detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, to be passed on to UX and engineering
Backlog Prioritization:
Prioritizing the backlog based on customer feedback, business goals, and available resources
Collaboration with cross-functional teams:
Working closely with engineering, marketing, finance, sales, customer support, design, and other teams to support product launches, solve customer issues, and drive adoption and growth
Documentation and Training:
Creating comprehensive product documentation, such as user manuals, internal Wikis, API guides, and other related training materials, ensuring they are well-written and accessible to enable internal users and customers to effectively utilize electronic signature and digital certificate solutions
Functional Testing:
Ensuring the quality of the development through testing at the functional level
