About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Engineering Director to lead our Photobox teams based in London and Lviv. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our engineering strategy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
- Identify and prioritize technical initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and meet customer needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Engineering Director or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of software development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
