At Vivo Europe, we're seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator - Customer Service to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the administrative tasks of our department, including refunds, handling fees, spare parts compensation, and more.

  1. Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing reports.
  2. Manage the internal system (VCRM), coordinate the spare parts forecast, track orders, and ensure timely billing and compensation.
  3. Control stock inventory and assist with auditing reports for Call Center and repair services.
  4. Support Call Center queries and collaborate with HQ to report and approve corresponding documents.
  5. Provide backup coverage for the head of department as needed.
