We are seeking an experienced Labour Lawyer to join our HQ Legal Team, managing the day-to-day implications of our business model.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and provide consultation on labour implications related to our business model, couriers, and labour.
- Collaborate with external law firms to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Review various legal documents, such as agreements, policies, and procedures.
- Support the Ops team and assist in the launch of new projects.
- Identify and resolve complex labour-related issues.
- At least 4 years of experience in labour law, with a minimum of 2 years in a reputable law firm or big4, or 1 year as an in-house lawyer.
- Advanced Spanish and English language skills.
- Knowledge of other languages and fields of law is a plus.
- Highly motivated and experienced in the start-up and new technologies sector.
- Problem-solving, multitasking, and organized individual with excellent communication skills.
