Requirements
  • Working proficiency in English and Italian
  • Up to 10 years of Project Management experience in Professional Services/Consulting within the IT or AEC industry
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and enjoy building customer relationships
  • Structured and organized approach, set clear goals and deliver
  • Value processes and compliance
  • Comfortable managing several projects in parallel
  • Appreciate an environment with frequent change and novelty
  • Clear interest in Project Management and a commitment to continuous development within the field
  • PMP Certification or similar recommended
  • Team management skills, coupled with a collaborative and inclusive mindset
