Your Mission as Head of Growth

As the Head of Growth at DQE Software, you will drive international growth by developing and executing a multi-channel lead generation strategy. Your focus will be on generating high-quality leads for sales teams, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and reseller partners.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Lead Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute a multi-channel lead generation strategy aimed at driving international growth.
  • Ad Campaign Management: Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms like Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Google, focusing on monitoring KPIs and maximizing ROI.
  • Marketplace Engagement: Ensure visibility and promotion of DQE Software across key marketplaces, including Salesforce AppExchange, G2, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and Alibaba Cloud.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Alliances Teams: Work closely with sales alliances teams and BDRs to align lead generation efforts with revenue goals and provide insights on lead quality and volume.
  • Channel co-marketing: Coordinate lead generation initiatives with reseller partners and support them in qualifying leads and developing their sales pipelines.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Coordinate lead generation initiatives with ISV partners through campaigns, webinars, and events.
  • Analytics Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign and channel performance, identifying areas for improvement and extracting key insights to adjust strategies.
  • Managing external service providers.

Your Profile

We seek a Digital Marketing Strategist with 5 years of experience in lead acquisition, growth marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.

You should have expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and other digital advertising platforms.

Familiarity with cloud marketplaces and platforms like Salesforce AppExchange, G2, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and Alibaba Cloud is essential.

Strong analytical skills, with proven experience in using performance tracking tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce, are required.

You must be able to work autonomously and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, are necessary.

A proficiency in English and French is required to effectively communicate with colleagues, stakeholders, and partners.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
