The Global MarTech Operations Manager Role

This key contributor role plays a vital part in the overall lead management process and the management of the tech stack utilized by Marketing Operations, Marketing, Demand Centre (BDR and SDR), and Sales teams. The Global MarTech Operations Manager will work across different business units, ensuring seamless integration and governance.

Responsibilities

  • Governance and management of multiple business processes and technologies in our stack supporting lead lifecycle and customer journey, with a primary focus on event management platforms and processes.
  • Ownership of user management, design and maintenance of systems integrations and workflows in place between systems, troubleshooting issues, and driving optimization needs.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of MarTech strategies.

Requirements

This role requires a strong understanding of marketing technology, data management, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
