About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations and Technology Manager to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our Marketing Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class marketing activities and processes that help to achieve our company's ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Operations: Manage contractual relations with third-party vendors, collaborate with cross-functional teams to track marketing performance, and contribute to the definition of tracking methodologies for marketing activities.
  • Mar-Tech: Oversee the marketing technology stack, lead the strategic execution of marketing digital initiatives, and ensure the MarTech stack is fully operational.
  • Platform Management: Be responsible for new requests or needs for the platform, including future integrations, roadmap management, and channel governance.
  • User Management: Provide user upskilling and adoption, user functional support, and change request management.
  • Marketing Data Governance: Act as Data Owner for MKT data, ensure clear rules and processes are defined to govern such data, and be accountable for target Data Quality levels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; master's degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in driving strategy and/or implementation of Marketing Technologies.
  • Track record of engaging with and successfully influencing senior leaders on challenging topics.
  • Strong knowledge of the travel industry and good understanding of Amadeus organization and businesses.
  • Ability to ramp up on new business areas/functions rapidly.
  • Fluency in English.
