Lead DevSecOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead DevSecOps Engineer to join our team at EPAM. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of DevSecOps strategies and secure operations best practices tailored to SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement DevSecOps strategies and secure operations best practices for SAP environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security seamlessly into the CI/CD pipeline
  • Establish and maintain security controls, vulnerability management processes, and compliance measures for SAP systems and applications
  • Optimize the performance and efficiency of SAP system code and applications through effective development practices and performance tuning techniques
  • Lead the improvement plan for continuous security threats and incidents monitoring, responding promptly to security events, conducting investigations, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks effectively
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in SAP Development with S/4HANA context
  • SAP HANA Database efficient usage in development
  • Strong experience and knowledge in Continuous SAP Release Management Principles (CI/CD)
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA development tools, SAP BTP development tools (RAP and CAP models), SAP Portal, GitHub, SAP ATC, CVA, SecurityBridge, among others
  • Wide experience translating functional descriptions in SAP DevOps
  • Very good communication and team collaboration skills, problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with Product and Agile Delivery model
  • Fluent in English (B2+). Spanish and French skills are very welcomed, but not essential
