About the Role

Ferrer is seeking a highly skilled Controller Corporate Areas to join our Corporate Controlling Team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a Business Partnering model for the corporate areas under your responsibility, providing valuable financial insights and monitoring to support decision-making and ensure financial sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a business partnering model with the different areas of responsibility, establishing a recurring monitoring of business performance.
  • Contribute to the strategic initiative based on beyond budgeting, aimed at changing the organization's management model in an environment without a budget, developing elements such as targets, forecasting, and resource allocation models.
  • Own the process creation thinking to guide the organization in a beyond budgeting environment.
  • Define corporate processes to guide the organization in a beyond budgeting environment and foster a culture of financial sustainability decision-making.
  • Develop the strategic planning process of the areas under responsibility, as well as the subsequent processes of validation and review.
  • Perform monthly closing and analysis of the main impacts to build the reporting to the direct stakeholders and Management Committee members, and actively participate in value decision-making.
  • Analyze OPEX and follow-up.
  • Create management reports and develop control tools in an automated way.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and align input data, solutions, and outcomes, formalizing and updating processes as necessary.
  • Lead or contribute to corporate projects and business cases and scenarios, providing relevant information for analysis and participating in the discussion forum and decision-making.
  • Support the analysis of possible M&A operations.

Requirements

You will rock at this role if you match with:

  • Bachelor's or degree in Business Administration/Economics or similar equivalent.
  • Sound experience in Controlling Business Partnering in a global/multinational environment.
  • Previous consulting experience and/or Controlling process definition and deployment.
  • Mindset accustomed to thinking in an orderly and clear manner when designing processes from scratch.
  • Highly valued previous experience in the Pharma, health, or similar sector.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Global business vision, excellent analytical skills, and knowledge of system trends and management tools such as SAP and analytics, BI tools (Qlik, Onestream...).
  • Impact and influence, team player, strategic vision, empathy, active listening, ability to build value relationships and Business Acumen.
