About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Knowledge Analyst to join our Operations Practice Area at Boston Consulting Group. As a Senior Knowledge Analyst, you will play a critical role in guiding case teams on the execution of Manufacturing Supply Chain Projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a thought partner and content expert to case teams, helping them structure and solve complex problems.
  • Lead specific modules and work collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality results.
  • Travel to clients during staffing assignments to understand their requirements and design solutions.
  • Support business development and commercialization efforts for the topic/sector.
  • Develop intellectual property assets for the business and mentor junior colleagues based on your expertise.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of consulting experience in relevant Manufacturing Supply Chain required.
  • Candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred.
  • In lieu of consulting experience, 3 years minimum industry experience required; 4-6 years industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
  • Fluency in English; German (Dusseldorf) and Spanish (Madrid) strongly preferred.

About the Team

You will work face-to-face with clients and with BCG Project Leaders, Associates, and Consultants. In the period between cases, you will collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients.

KT members are affiliated to BCG Practice Areas, plugged into the strategic agenda, and building and deploying leading-edge IP data tools/assets to deliver insight.
