About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our centre team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers have an outstanding experience at our Regus centres.

Job Description

This is a full-time role, working approximately 35-40 hours per week. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. You will also be required to work bank holidays and occasional overtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers have an outstanding experience at our Regus centres\
• Work closely with new and existing customers, solving problems and making sure they have everything they need\
• Ensure that our centres are always clean, tidy, and well-maintained\
• Provide administrative support to the centre team, as required\
• Maintain accurate records and reports, as required\
• Perform other duties, as required by the business\

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A good communicator, with the ability to build strong professional relationships and empathise with people's needs\
• Happiness taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them\
• Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations\
• Confident using MS Office and other basic IT packages\
• An estimated salary range of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience\
