I rollen som kundtjänstmedarbetare kommer du att hantera inkommande och utgående samtal till befintliga kunder samt online chat. Du kommer att hjälpa dem med deras frågor om beställningar, produkter, erbjudanden och mycket mer med fokus på bra service och ett gott bemötande. Målet är att se till att kunden får en service i världsklass och att etablera och bygga långsiktiga relationer med kunderna.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

  • Boka möten via utgående samtal.
  • Utgående samtal till befintliga kunder - med fokus på service.
  • Ta hand om inkommande samtal.
  • Svara på frågor och hjälpa kunder via chatt.
  • Svara på frågor på sociala medieplattformar.

Om dig

Du talar och skriver obehindrat på svenska och du känner dig bekväm med att ta samtal på engelska. Du har uttrycket dig mycket väl i skrift. God erfarenhet av att arbeta på dator och med vanligt förekommande datorprogram. Erfarenhet inom kundservice och en passion för yrket.
