Descripción del Puesto

Buscamos un Product Owner con al menos 3 años de experiencia para incorporarse en un equipo Ágil en el sector viajes con fuerte orientación a Producto Digital.

Responsabilidades
  • Definir el roadmap del producto en función de las prioridades comerciales y técnicas.
  • Priorizar y secuenciar las características del producto, coordinar los lanzamientos y decidir el tiempo y el contenido.
  • Gestionar las finanzas del producto y de los tiempos, garantizando que se entregue valor al costo adecuado (KPI OKR SLAs).
  • Integrarse en un equipo de desarrollo ágil y multifuncionales (análisis negocio diseño UX QA...).
  • Definir historias de usuario brindando las aclaraciones necesarias para ayudar a los equipos con sus estimaciones y secuenciación de historias.
  • Validar que la historia de usuario cumpla con los criterios de aceptación (DoR y DoD).
  • Participar en Demos y retrospectivas con el objetivo de mejorar los procesos y las prácticas de trabajo de Agile Release Train (ART).
  • Coordinar dependencias con otros Product Owner y Scrum Masters.
Requisitos del Candidato
  • Autonomía y capacidad de aprendizaje.
  • Dotes comunicativos e instinto de adaptación.
  • Conocimiento de metodología SAFe, Scrum y Kanban.
